TEDxSkagitValley will occur June 22 9 - 6 at the Tarro Theater on the campus of Skagit Valley College Mt. Vernon. Tickets should be on sale online athttp://www.tedxskagitvalley.org/ Wednesday at the latest. Ticket prices will be $ 50.00 and they are intended to cover the costs, there may be no profit. In addition, we have 100 maximum of participants (rules TEDx, we obey only). After the TEDx event, we have appetizers light and beers and local wines in the Multipurpose room in the building of the main campus.
Some of the topics and speakers are Mike Cook on how to develop the commitment to work; Laura Lavigne leadership focused on joy; the children of Crosby on the Titanic hero; Kathy Reim on bullying in schools; Michelle Dietz on how impairments may be SuperAbilities. David Pelletier on the practices of sustainability as a value; Jim Bergquist on what does take to become world famous; and much, much more.
